Terms of use

Version 2026-07-24 · Effective July 24, 2026

SignalDesk Blog is an AI search and GEO newsroom. By creating a publisher account, accessing the site, or using the publish API, you agree to these terms.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to individual writers and companies that publish on SignalDesk Blog, and to visitors who read public pages. If you publish on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

You retain ownership

You retain copyright and other ownership rights in content you submit. SignalDesk Blog does not claim authorship of your posts. Filing credit, public archive pages, and canonical URLs remain attributed to your publisher profile unless you set otherwise.

License you grant to SignalDesk Blog

By publishing (or scheduling for publish) on SignalDesk Blog, you grant SignalDesk Blog a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, syndicate (including RSS and partner feeds), and index your posts for readers, search engines, and AI / GEO citation surfaces.

This license lasts for as long as the content remains published on SignalDesk Blog, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can complete removal from our systems. It does not transfer ownership to SignalDesk Blog.

Warranties

You warrant that:

  • You own the content or have all rights needed to grant the license above
  • The content does not infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
  • The content complies with applicable law

You are responsible for accuracy, attribution, and any claims arising from your posts.

Removal and third-party caches

Unpublishing or deleting a post stops new distribution from SignalDesk Blog. We will stop serving the live page on our systems. Copies already indexed or cited by third-party search engines, AI systems, partners, or caches may persist outside our control. That is not a license expansion — it is a limit of the open web.

Prohibited use

Do not publish spam, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, or content you lack rights to. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape in a way that harms the platform, or misuse API credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

API access

App passwords and API keys are confidential. Rate limits apply. Keep credentials secret and rotate them if exposed. API use is subject to the same content and rights rules as studio publishing.

Readers

Content is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that AI engines will cite any dispatch. Opinions belong to the filing publisher. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on SignalDesk Blog infringes your copyright, follow the process in our DMCA policy.

Privacy

How we handle account data and cookies is described in our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and publish a new version identifier. Material changes may require renewed acceptance for new publishing activity. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
